The Great Challenge!
The “The Great Challenge!” contest is organized by Hotel Chateau Bellevue, with the collaboration of the Bioterra Spa.
The prize: a magnificent massage package (a new service at the hotel) with a Bellevue Prestige room.
To enter, simply go to Facebook, click “I like” and share with your friends what you like at Hotel Chateau Bellevue before February 14th, 2012.
The draw for the name of the winner will be held on February 14, 2012… and that winner could be you!
Anyone from Canada or the US who are Facebook members on February 14, 2012.
Official Rules
1. General eligibility
The contest is open to adult residents (18 years or older) of Canada or the United States, except employees and representatives of Hotel Chateau Bellevue, the Centre de la francophonie des Amériques, the Musée de l’Amérique française, participating retailers and their advertising agencies, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the contest, or any other party directly associated with it.
2. Specific eligibility
To enter the contest, you must be a Facebook fan of Hotel Chateau Bellevue on February 14, 2012.
3. Contest period
The contest begins at 12:00 midnight on November 14, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM on February 14, 2012.
4. Prize draw
The random draw for the “The Great Challenge" contest will take place in the lobby of Hôtel Château Bellevue at 16 rue de la Porte, Quebec City, Quebec, G1R 4M9 Canada at 11:00 AM on February 15, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the contest period or when there will be 1000 Facebook fans.
The name of the winner will be announced on the Hôtel Château Bellevue Facebook page. The winner must contact us by email before we can officially award the prize.
5. Description of the prize
The value of the prize awarded in the “The Great Challenge” contest will be $600 (Canadian dollars).
6. Notice
The winner will be immediately contacted by a representative of Hôtel Château Bellevue management, who will notify him or her of the details of the prize. The winner will also be displayed on the Hôtel Château Bellevue website and Facebook page.
7. Expiry
The winner will have until 12:00 midnight on June 30, 2012 to take advantage of the massage package in a Bellevue Prestige room.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 The chances of winning vary, depending on the number of entries during the contest period.
8.2 The prize must be accepted as described under these rules. It may not be transferred to anyone else, substituted for any other prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash under any circumstances whatsoever, except as provided for in the following paragraph.
8.3 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the organizers and their representatives, upon request, to use his or her name, photograph, image, statement regarding the prize, place of residence (city) or voice for advertising purposes, without further remuneration in any form whatsoever.
8.4 The person selected to receive the prize shall release Hôtel Château Belleville, its partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective employees, agents and representatives from liability for any damages that he or she may suffer as a result of acceptance or use of the prize.
8.5 At the time of receiving the prize, the person selected shall acknowledge that the provider of the prize is solely and exclusively responsible for performance of the services related to the prize.
8.6 The person selected at random is the participating person for the purposes of this contest and shall be the person designated as the winner to whom the prize shall be awarded, as the case may be.
8.7 This contest is subject to all applicable laws and statutes, whether federal, provincial or municipal.
8.8 Refusal to accept the prize shall free Hôtel Château Bellevue from all obligations respecting the prize, including its delivery.
